Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, we are asking that all our clients who travel with us on one of our tours be fully vaccinated and/or provide us with proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test taken within 24 hours prior to the start of their tour. This should be provided to us no later than 8 hours before the tour’s arranged start time, and each member of the tour (unless they are under the age of 11) must provide proof.

Sadly, if you cannot provide proof of vaccination status and/or a negative Lateral Flow Test within 24 Hours of the start of your tour, we will be unable to go ahead with your booking. In this case, we will be unable to offer you a refund. If you are unable to take the tour due to a positive Lateral Flow Test (or if you are unable to travel due to a change in restrictions) and provide us with proof up to 24 hours before the start time of your tour, then we will be able to offer either a complete (or partial) refund. A full refund will only be given if no attraction tickets have been purchased for the tour. If attraction tickets have been purchased, a refund will be issued minus these costs.

All of our guides are fully vaccinated with one of the recognised COVID19 vaccines under the UK’s vaccination programme. Our guides will also provide us with proof of a Lateral Flow Test taken within 24 hours before the start of any tour. They all carry hand sanitiser with them, which you are free to ask for at any time. This is so that you can take one of our tours in the confidence that we have done everything we can to stop the spread of COVID19.
